Soil revitalisation - with BIOMICROL

Active microorganisms for optimum soil revitalisation

The greatest advantage of earthworm humus is the particularly large variety and quantity of microorganisms. It is therefore the ideal starting material for the production of high-quality "activated microorganisms". Scientific research and practical application carried out in the USA and Australia in recent years have produced excellent results. This process is now being marketed by PBI Austria GmbH under the brand name "BIOMICROL" introduced. The growing interest from greenkeepers and sports field operators, as well as wine and organic farmers, scientists, private individuals and political decision-makers, confirms our commitment to this sustainable technology.

We bring life back to its roots!

BIOMICROL is produced under strictly aerobic conditions in approx. 24 hours to develop all the benefits for plants and soil. Various studies show a disease-suppressing effect in lawns as well as in fruit, vine and vegetable crops due to the establishment of antagonists (positive microorganisms).

Advantages of using BIOMICROL
  • More soil life and greater biodiversity
  • Greater root growth and therefore better stress tolerance in dry conditions
  • Promotes the removal of thatch and black layer
  • Better utilisation of easily soluble nutrients before they contaminate the groundwater
  • Higher water storage capacity due to better living soil stabilisation
  • More symbioses and active communication between plants and soil life
  • Faster conversion of plant residues into humus
  • Reduction of compaction - Improvement of the soil aggregate condition
  • Pathogenic germs must first assert themselves against positive microorganisms (fight for water, food, space, etc.) = antagonism
Plant care at the highest level!

By using earthworm compost tea, you enable your plants to resume communication between plant roots and soil life.
The plant demands its nutrient requirements via the excretion of the plant root. By releasing assimilates in the form of carbohydrates (sugar), it attracts soil life. This then provides the plant with mineralised nutrients in return. In this way, the plant can control its own nutritional requirements. If this system is interfered with by fertilisation (e.g. mineral fertiliser), the plant stops communicating, as it has an abundance of food. The soil life is no longer nourished and is also affected by the fertiliser and pesticides. Although the plant can grow quickly, it is very sensitive to diseases and pests. It is similar for humans, who also become very "big" due to too much food, but are also very susceptible to many diseases of civilisation as a result.

Biosuitability

We use neither animal nor industrial waste. All raw materials for BIOMICROL come from organic farming and are approved for use in the organic sector in accordance with EU Organic Farming Regulation 2092/91 and registered in the Austrian Infoxgen catalogue of inputs. (see www.Infoxgen.com)
