BIO / Fertiliser
Why organic fertilisers?
By applying organic fertilisers, they enable their plants to resume communication between plant roots and soil life.
The plant demands its nutrient requirements via the excretion of the plant root. By releasing assimilates in the form of carbohydrates (sugar), it attracts soil life. This then provides the plant with mineralised nutrients in return. In this way, the plant can control its own nutritional requirements. If this system is interfered with by incorrect fertilisation (e.g. mineral fertiliser), the plant stops communicating, as it has an abundance of food. The soil life is no longer nourished and is also affected by the fertiliser and pesticides. Although the plant can grow quickly, it is very sensitive to diseases and pests.

Advantages of organic fertilisers
- More soil life and greater biodiversity
- Greater root growth and therefore better stress tolerance in dry conditions
- Promotes the removal of thatch and black layer
- Better utilisation of easily soluble nutrients before they contaminate the groundwater
- Higher water storage capacity due to better living soil stabilisation
- More symbioses and active communication between plants and soil life
- Faster conversion of plant residues into humus
- Reduction of compaction - Improvement of the soil aggregate condition
- Pathogenic germs must first assert themselves against positive microorganisms (fight for water, food, space, etc.) = antagonism
Biosuitability
Our organic fertilisers are approved for organic cultivation in most EU countries in accordance with EU Organic Regulation 834/2007,
and registered in Infoxgen's Austrian equipment catalogue.
